Project Marketer / PR Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Plan, formulate and execute the PR and Communications strategies & activities

  • Responsible for the event coordination and communication with all related parties for the activities

  • Responsible for writing the press release, newsletter, editorial, etc.

  • Liaise and maintain a positive relationship & strong network with media, advertising, blogger and PR agencies to maximize press coverage and media pitching for different projects

  • Manage the press clippings database

  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree holder in PR, Journalism, Communication, Marketing or related disciplines

  • 3 years relevant experience in PR / event management / retail marketing

  • Prior knowledge in PR and social media marketing is preferred

  • Sensitive to fashion, creative and energetic

  • Proactive, detail-minded, independent and able to work under pressure

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a must

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication, organization and presentation skills

  • Knowledgeable of Powerpoint, Excel, and Word

  • Candidate may need to travel frequently to Mainland 

  • Immediately available is an advantage

Project Coordinator / Project Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Coordination with various parties effectively to support the operation and promotion for projects implementation

  • Liaison and communication with different parties

  • General administration to ensure the events and projects are carried out smoothly

  • Support and assist the project team

  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • University graduate with minimum 1 years experience of organization and on-site coordination of art, design and cultural events or exhibitions

  • Good coordination, time management and project management skills; attention to details

  • Independent and good team player; able to work in tight schedule and sometimes beyond normal hours

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a must

  • Knowledgeable of Powerpoint, Excel, and Word

  • Candidate may need to travel frequently to Mainland 

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Assistant

  • Immediately available is an advantage
